Jack Davis is the son of a prominent lawyer. He was raised in Grants Pass. Mr. Davis received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in 1972 and earned his law degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1975.
Since 1975, our senior partner has offered wise counsel and representation to small businesses and individuals in Grants Pass. His practice includes estate planning, elder law, business organization and transactions, real estate, construction, and general civil litigation.
Mr. Davis has been a prominent supporter of many local non-profit organizations to improve our community. Recently, he's been a leader in the Habitat for Humanity Program in Josephine County.
Mr. Davis is the acting municipal judge for the cities of Cave Junction and Rogue River and is also a member of the Grants Pass High School foundation which awards scholarships to deserving students.
Jack is an avid cyclist and has completed several Cycle Oregon events. He also enjoys producing stunning pieces of stained glass works of art.
Ben Freudenberg was born and raised in the ranch country of Eastern Oregon.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Willamette University in 1974 and earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1977.
For many years, he was a member of the firm of Balderee, Killoran, Nelson and Freudenberg before his stint as a sole practitioner. Mr. Freudenberg joined our firm as a partner in 2004. His practice includes business organization and transactions, real estate development and zoning, estate planning, probate, guardianships, conservatorships, construction contracts, and civil litigation relating to these matters.
Ben enjoys helping his clients plan and structure their future events including business transactions, real estate developments, trusts, and estate administration.
Mr. Freudenberg is a member of the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Oregon State Bar sections on Real Estate and Land Use, Business, Estate Planning, and Elder Law.
Ben is a long time member and previous president of the Grants Pass Rotary Club and is currently active in the Newman Methodist Church. Ben has also served as President of the Board of Directors of the Four Way Community Foundation.
Gregory T. Day
Greg has served our country in Sinai, Afghanistan, New Orleans, and Iraq. He is a colonel in the Oregon Army National Guard.
Mr. Day is a graduate of the Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he earned his master’s degree in Strategic Studies.
Greg is a member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Elks Lodge. When he's not serving our country or his clients, Greg enjoys outdoor recreation with his family.
Matthew G. Galli
Born and raised in Grants Pass, Matthew G. Galli received his Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University in 1989 and his law degree from Willamette University School of Law in 1992.
After many years as a Deputy District Attorney in Pendleton and a solo practitioner in Portland, Mr. Galli returned home and joined our firm.
Matt focuses on family law and criminal defense. His skills and experience put him in a unique position by helping his client's journey through these often very difficult and challenging areas of the law.
Mr. Galli contributes his time as a pro-tem Circuit Court Judge to help the court better manage its docket. Matt also enjoys taking his three sons and daughter on outdoor adventures. He is an accomplished skier.
